The BPR Clinic app

Care starts at the clinic and carries on in your pocket.

We are a physical clinic in the UK. The app is how your treatment keeps going between sessions — your plan, your exercises with your Therapist watching, your follow-up, your blood tests.

In person

There is a real clinic behind the app

An address, equipment and people. Your first assessment is free and happens face to face — at the clinic, by video, or at your home. The app does not replace any of that; it carries it between sessions.

Treatment and rehabilitation

Your Therapist watches how you actually move

Each prescribed exercise comes with a video. You record yourself doing it at home, send it, and your Therapist replies on the exercise itself — so you both know which one it is. That is the difference between a plan on paper and a plan that gets corrected.

  1. 1. Open the exercise
  2. 2. Record, or pick a video
  3. 3. Send it
  4. 4. Your Therapist replies

Follow-up

What happened, what is next, and how it is going

Your next session, today's exercises, your pain trend over time, your records and a direct line to the clinic — on one screen. Nothing is sent to you automatically: every message is someone at the clinic pressing a button.

Biohacking

Sleep, heart, activity, blood pressure and body, in one place

Resting heart rate, HRV, SpO2, steps and sleep, with the goals you set. Blood pressure comes from a Withings device over its own connection — never from a phone camera, which is screening at best and not a measurement.

Laboratory

Blood tests that become part of your record

Order a test, give your sample — a finger-prick kit by post, a collection point near you, or someone who comes to you — and the result arrives as values with reference ranges, not a PDF lost in your inbox. The report describes what was measured; reading it is your doctor's job.

How the laboratory works →

You can see who reads your file

The app shows which people at the clinic have access to your record, and you can delete your account from inside the app. Both are in the menu, not buried in an e-mail to support.

Available in English and Portuguese.
